Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Maintain and manage inventory across the Pet Care Center
- ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and presented
- process register transactions to provide excellent guest experiences
- support guest interactions following the selling model
- uphold animal welfare and assist in pet care procedures
- complete training programs to enhance role expertise
- promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
- adhere to operational guidelines, policies, and procedures
- perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- evaluate and refer guest inquiries to leadership as needed
- utilize selling behaviors to identify and meet guest needs
- maintain safety protocols for partners, guests, and pets
- contribute as a collaborative team member
- participate in career development programs
