Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- demonstrate proficiency in mathematics
- demonstrate above average communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- genuine interest in animal welfare and care
- good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- ability and willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- maintain and manage inventory across the Pet Care Center
- stock, price, and display merchandise to ensure appealing presentation
- process register transactions efficiently to enhance guest experience
- support guest interactions using the company’s selling model
- demonstrate strong interest and support in animal welfare and care procedures
- complete training programs to maintain high expertise
- promote teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration culture
- adhere to operational guidelines, policies, and procedures
- evaluate guest inquiries and refer to leadership when necessary
- perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
