Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds
- Ability to operate forklifts or heavy machinery (preferred)
- Availability to work mid-shift, closing, or overnight shifts
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Must be able to work part-time hours
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in stocking or warehouse roles is an advantage
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of operating forklifts or willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Unload trucks and stock new freight
- Lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory in the backroom
- Support store operations with efficient stocking processes
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members
