Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds
- able to work part-time hours including nights and weekends
- valid forklift certification if operating machinery
- pass background check
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- must have reliable transportation to Dothan, AL location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in stocking or warehouse roles is advantageous
- ability to lift and carry heavy items exceeding 50 pounds
- forklift operation certification preferred but not mandatory
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and endurance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Unload trucks efficiently and safely
- stock shelves and organize merchandise
- operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when necessary
- maintain inventory accuracy and backroom organization
- follow safety protocols and company policies
- work various shifts including overnight
- assist with store cleanliness and upkeep
