Job Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Must be able to work Mid-Shift, Closing, or Overnight shifts
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with Walmart's drug-free policy
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for full-time employment
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail stocking or warehouse work is an advantage
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is beneficial
- Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Unload trucks and stock new freight
- Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom
- Ensure products are stocked properly and in a timely manner
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet stocking goals
