Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- Capable of operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Compliance with safety guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is an advantage
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
Job Duties
- Unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in the backroom
- Lift heavy objects over 50 pounds
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized stock area
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet stocking goals
