Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift heavy items regularly
- willing to work part-time shifts including opening, morning, and overnight
- able to pass a drug screening and background check
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- comply with walmart's safety and conduct policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in stocking or warehouse environments is an advantage
- ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery is beneficial
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours and various shifts
Job Duties
- Unload trucks and stock new freight accurately
- operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when required
- lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds
- organize backroom inventory efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the stock area
- assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- follow safety protocols and company guidelines
