Job Requirements

Ability to organize and plan for controlling multiple deliveries in a relatively short period of time
must be able to work some weekends and holidays
be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in inventory management or kitchen support preferred
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational skills
physical ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to work some weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Assists in developing and maintaining the inventory management system
verifies that all merchandise is received as ordered
stocks inventory according to a defined and logical system
ensures the organization and sanitation of storage areas and loading docks
maintains proper production and portioning of food items to prevent shortages and outages of both food and non-food items
washes dishes and cleans food prep areas
helps keep the kitchen clean and organized
