Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License if applicable
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs
  • Must be able to wear assigned costumed uniform

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Previous experience in a stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to wear assigned costumed uniform

Job Duties

  • Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment
  • Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials
  • Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products
  • Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed
  • Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
