Job Duties

Assist with training new support associates
Help foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment
Help in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
Support store and team-building activities with the management team
Maintain loss prevention awareness at all times
Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
Maintain well organized stockrooms, storage closets and off-site spaces
Ensure all merchandise shipments are properly received into MMS in a timely manner
Organize and replenish all store supplies
Report supply ordering needs to operations manager or captain
Process all incoming and outgoing transfers in MMS
Support a seamless shipping schedule so all customer sends leave the store in a timely manner
Audit sales associate send sales for proper procedures
Ensure merchandise replenishment occurs on a consistent daily basis
Have full understanding of the POS system
Fill and maintain boat area and organization
Support management team with UPS customer service issues
Ensure all shipping and receiving records are filed according to policy
Help maintain merchandising per company standards and brand initiatives
Contribute to weekly product feedback
Support merchandising manager to execute and maintain The Compass
Act as crew mate when needed, generating sales and developing customer relationships
Support in-store event sourcing and execution
Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
Ensure the customer wish list is always current
