Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various department roles
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and lift 15 lbs to a height of 5 feet and carry for at least 50 feet
- Must be able to access and navigate all company departments
- Ability to complete repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year clerical experience
- 1-2 years experience in office administration or reception preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greets and registers visitors in a polite and friendly manner, informs employees of visitor arrival, directs visitors to appropriate locations
- Logs all visitor and vendor visits according to compliance standards
- Answers and directs questions, appointments or relays messages
- Schedules meetings and arranges conference rooms or logistical needs
- Performs clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, or special projects
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail and packages
- Completes daily logs processing and mailing
- Enters production numbers daily
- Scans documents and files electronically using specified naming conventions
- Receives and puts away deliveries
- Monitors, organizes, and maintains office supply inventory, coordinates restocks
- Maintains cleanliness of reception and public areas
- Tracks temporary hours and provides general orientation at point of entry
- Issues, maintains, and logs employee lockers and parking
- Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service
- Provides administrative assistance to teams
- Assists executives and managers with planning and projects
- Updates and maintains office policies and procedures
- Maintains contact lists
- Assists management in identifying administrative support needs
- Shares best practices with teams
- Performs other duties in support of business objectives
- Participates in cross-training opportunities.
