  • Ability to work full time
  • Open availability preferred, including availability to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday)
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to continuously grow, learn, and evolve personally and professionally
  • Help build an exceptional team that will uphold and deliver our mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers
  • Set the standard for excellent customer service by providing guidance to staff on product knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service
  • Ensure the smooth and seamless functioning of operations
  • Collaborate with inventory control to ensure accurate product counts, proper labeling, and organization of products on the floor
  • Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
  • Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays to enhance the customer experience
  • Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both customers and staff
  • Assist in the store's opening and closing protocols
  • Monitor the store's energy by ensuring that front-line employees are always shouting their WELCOMEs

  • Administer and document all breaks to employees at appropriate times
  • Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers
