Job Duties

- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to continuously grow, learn, and evolve personally and professionally
- Help build an exceptional team that will uphold and deliver our mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers
- Set the standard for excellent customer service by providing guidance to staff on product knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service
- Ensure the smooth and seamless functioning of operations
- Collaborate with inventory control to ensure accurate product counts, proper labeling, and organization of products on the floor
- Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays to enhance the customer experience
- Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both customers and staff
- Assist in the store's opening and closing protocols
- Monitor the store's energy by ensuring that front-line employees are always shouting their WELCOMEs

- Administer and document all breaks to employees at appropriate times
- Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers
