Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- high school diploma
- open availability to work all hours required including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts and holidays
- must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting
- able to work in compliance with federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- high school diploma
- hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
- open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- all employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
- at least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment

- promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions that align with the Company's core values
- advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
- demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations
- create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships
- exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service
- drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers
- successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
- fulfill pick up orders
- seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
- adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
- be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
- abide by all company policies and programs
- adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
- other duties may be assigned
