Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work all required hours including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Must be able to work at least 2 weekend days
- Willingness to comply with cannabis federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team player and contribute positively to the working environment
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Basic computer skills for order fulfillment and operational processes
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
- Open availability defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
- At least 1 year of retail/hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties

- Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions that align with the company’s core values
- Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
- Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations
- Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships
- Exceed the customers’ expectations by delivering exceptional service
- Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers
- Successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
- Fulfill pick up orders
- Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
- Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
- Abide by all company policies and programs
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
