Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • open availability including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) as assigned
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
  • ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • hiring preference given to candidates with open availability
  • able to work all hours required without restrictions including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) with management assigning days based on workforce needs

Job Duties

  • drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers
  • successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
  • fulfill pick up orders
  • seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
  • adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
  • be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
  • abide by all company policies and programs
  • adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
  • other duties may be assigned
