Job Requirements

  • minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • open availability including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • ability to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods
  • ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
  • open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • all employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs

Job Duties

  • drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers
  • successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
  • fulfill pick up orders
  • seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
  • adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
  • be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
  • abide by all company policies and programs
  • adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
