Job Requirements

  • minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • open availability including ability to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
  • at least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 21 years of age

  • hiring preference given to candidates with open availability
  • open availability defined as ability to work all hours required without restrictions including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • must be able to work at least 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) though management may assign days based on workforce needs
  • at least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • drive customer visit goals and increase returning customers while achieving sales goals and business metrics
  • fulfill pick up orders
  • seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
  • adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
  • be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
  • abide by all company policies and programs
  • adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned
