Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess open availability including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Be able to work at least two weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
- Have a minimum of 1 year of retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Be capable of prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
- Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Comply with all company policies and cannabis regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
- Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
- At least 1 year of retail/hospitality experience preferred

- Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers

- Abide by all company policies and programs
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
