Job Duties
- Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close
- Perform daily cleaning including dry storage, walk-in shelving, prep tables, kitchen floors and common areas
- Empty rubbish cans as required
- Store all dishes and wares in proper areas
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required including food runner for banquet events
