Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen helper role is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashers and cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of sanitary and safety procedures related to food service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate with fellow employees
Job Duties
- Promote and act in a manner consistent with the mission of The Wildbirch Hotel
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Keep dishwasher clean and maintained, immediately report problems to Kitchen Manager
- Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
