Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen cleaning role preferred
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashers and cleaning machinery
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen cleaning equipment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Physically able to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Promote work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of The Wildbirch Hotel
- Wash dishes glassware flatware pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Keep dishwasher clean and maintained and immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the kitchen manager
- Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Place clean dishes utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
