Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Relevant experience in relationship management, events, or fundraising
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel independently between Boston, Lowell, and Manchester sites
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to work well in teams and with diverse populations
  • Availability for occasional night and weekend work
  • Must have lawful authorization to work in the United States
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relationship management, events coordination, corporate engagement, or front line fundraising experience
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Understanding of IINE's mission and culture
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Create and execute stewardship plans for sustainers and unassigned portfolio with Senior Director of Giving and Engagement
  • Steward sustainers group including acknowledgment and membership recognition working with major gift officers
  • Support researching unassigned donors and prospects
  • Support fundraising for annual Ride for Refugees and other special events
  • Gather event information and participate in event brainstorming and planning
  • Conduct research for small scale events including venues, vendors, and speakers
  • Prepare and manage event registration processes and databases
  • Manage day-of event logistics including materials, name tags, registration lists, and registration table
  • Conduct follow-up and outreach to donors and event attendees
  • Support planning and execution of Leadership Council meetings, World Refugee Day events, open houses, volunteer events
  • Manage logistics for house parties with Major Gift Officer team and post event follow-up
  • Develop attendee profiles with Major Gift Officer team
  • Oversee logistical and hosting details for internal special events
  • Update and create Standard Operating Procedures for Advancement department
  • Support Grants team with event sponsorship applications
  • Support fundraising activities as assigned
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
