Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least two years experience in related field
- Minimum three years supervising associates
- Ability to read English
- Ability to perform duties in extreme temperature ranges
- Knowledge in math and computer skills including Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and able to drive company trucks or vehicles
- Ability to obtain required governmental licenses or certificates
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required in stewarding role
Job Qualifications

- Ability to obtain government required licenses such as Food Handlers Certification
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles

Job Duties
- Assist in hiring, supervision, and training of stewarding associates
- Ensure banquet functions and restaurants have proper equipment and supplies
- Inspect kitchen, back of the house, food and beverage areas for cleanliness and safety hazards
- Supervise inventory of china, glass, silver, and other food and beverage equipment
- Implement and follow up on sanitation standards and procedures
- Conduct overnight inspections and meetings with cleaning staff
- Attend BEO meetings and prepare equipment pull sheets for banquet events
