Job Requirements
- no high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds
- willingness to follow safety and security policies
- ability to work full time with flexible shifts
- willingness to complete safety training and certifications
- physical ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead and below the knees

Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, pull, stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for re-cleaning
- rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs and maintain trashcans
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- dispose of glass properly and manage recyclable materials
- follow safety policies and report maintenance or unsafe conditions
- support team to reach common goals
- move and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
