Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, storeroom, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive and properly store deliveries, rotate stock
- Use detergent, rinse, and sanitize dishes in 3-compartment sink
- Inspect, stack clean items and send soiled items for re-washing
- Rack and spray dishes with hot water to remove residue
- Clean and mop all assigned areas, maintain trashcans and dumpster
- Dispose of glass and recyclables properly
