Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or food service preferred but not required
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically capable of constant standing and walking
- Must be able to obtain the Washington State Food Worker Card as required
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk constantly during shift
- Effective at working independently with instruction and as part of a team
- Punctual
- Must be able to obtain and present Washington State Food Worker Card
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Heating, loading, and transporting of hot boxes
- Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition
- Reports any issues to management
- Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
