Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china
- Clean and sanitize silverware and cookware
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and cleaning staff
- Lift, pull, and push moderate weight as necessary
- Adhere to local, state, and federal sanitation regulations
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning duties
