Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or ware washing roles preferred
- Ability to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to work late nights, weekends and event days

Job Duties
- Wash all wares including but not limited to pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware in accordance with sanitation and safety standards
- Properly store all wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency
- Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations
- Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation
- Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates
