Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Friday and Saturday evenings
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at problem solving
- Ability to lift, pull and push up to 30lbs
- Ability to stand for majority of shift

Job Duties
- Operate pot-washing machine and dish-washing machine
- Maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
- Carry out general cleaning as directed and ensure the correct PPE is in place
- Sweep, mop, wash, wipe down, and empty trash receptacles
- Clean coolers, freezers, and back hallways
- Ensure all kitchen and back of the house areas are kept clean, all equipment is stored in its proper location and cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule
- Observe health, hygiene and safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances
- Report any maintenance and or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
- Maintain the kitchen with china, glasses and silverware
- Help the kitchen plate up and dish out menu orders when needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage
