Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an asset
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Lift, push, and carry moderate weight as needed
- Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
