Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or high school equivalent preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of back of house experience preferred
  • knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • familiarity with company rules regulations and operational standards
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • ability to do basic problem-solving
  • proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
  • ability to work in collaboration with others
  • ability to quickly adapt to changes
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to reach crouch kneel stand walk or be on feet for extended periods
  • regularly work in wet hot and humid conditions
  • able to occasionally lift push or pull up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Scrape stack and clean all dishes properly
  • store dishes and silver in the designated locations
  • set up cleaning area including assembling dish machine and filling water tanks
  • keep dish area clean and organized according to policy
  • clean kitchen walls floors loading docks and other associated areas at the proper time
  • disassemble clean and re-assemble dishwasher prior to end of shift
  • post appropriate caution signs when the floor is wet or being mopped to ensure highest level of safety
  • maintain kitchen work areas equipment and utensils in clean orderly condition
  • perform other duties as assigned
