Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of back of house experience preferred
- ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on feet for extended periods
- able to work in wet, hot, and humid environments
- must occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds individually or with assistance

Job Duties
- Scape, stack, and clean all dishes properly
- store dishes and silver in designated locations
- set up cleaning area including putting dish machine together properly, filling water tanks, and turning on heating elements
- keep dish area clean and organized according to policy
- clean kitchen walls, floors, loading docks, and other associated areas at proper times
- disassemble, clean, and reassemble dishwasher prior to end of shift
- post appropriate caution signs when floors are wet or being mopped
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- perform other duties as assigned
