Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or high school equivalent preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of back of house experience preferred
  • ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to work in wet, hot, humid conditions
  • ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • basic communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Scrape, stack, and clean all dishes properly
  • store dishes and silver in designated locations
  • set up cleaning area by preparing dish machine, filling water tanks, and activating heating elements
  • keep dish area clean and organized according to policy
  • clean kitchen walls, floors, loading docks, and related areas timely
  • disassemble, clean, and re-assemble dishwasher before shift end
  • post appropriate caution signs when floors are wet or mopped to ensure safety
  • maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • perform other duties as assigned
