Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull equipment up to 250 lbs
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures

- Maintaining grooming standards

Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computational ability
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Knowledge of table and bar service
- Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans in the resort
- Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain hygienic working environment
- Ensure food and beverage outlets have necessary items to open shifts
- Attend to spills and breakages immediately following safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas
- Remove and dispose of trash bags
- Participate in deep cleaning of outlet
- Report maintenance or hazard issues to supervisor
- Assist service team to meet guest expectations
- Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
