Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to push and pull equipment up to 250 lbs
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Maintaining grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computational ability
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of table and bar service
  • Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans in the resort
  • Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain hygienic working environment
  • Ensure food and beverage outlets have necessary items to open shifts
  • Attend to spills and breakages immediately following safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas
  • Remove and dispose of trash bags
  • Participate in deep cleaning of outlet
  • Report maintenance or hazard issues to supervisor
  • Assist service team to meet guest expectations
  • Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
