Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education
  • prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • able to stand for prolonged periods
  • must be able to lift up to 45 lbs
  • able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
  • good communication skills
  • must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • reliable attendance
  • ability to follow company safety and security policies
  • safe server alcohol and food certification preferred
  • must be detail oriented
  • able to work independently
  • must be proactive in safety and maintenance reporting

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education
  • prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • good communication skills both verbal and written
  • detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • basic computational ability
  • self-driven and able to work independently
  • knowledge of table and bar service
  • ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the resort
  • operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain hygienic working environment
  • ensure all food and beverage outlets have necessary amounts of items to open their shifts
  • attend to spills and breakage immediately following safety procedures
  • sanitize and clean all kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, slicers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
  • remove and dispose bags from trash receptacles
  • participate in deep cleaning of the outlet
  • report any maintenance and hazard issues to the supervisor
  • assist service team to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • perform all other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
