Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time
- Never work while clocked out
- Must clock in and out for breaks at the designated time
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk and move about on foot as required
- Capability for repetitive motions using wrists, hands, and fingers
- Able to lift certain laundry supplies, linens, and other items as needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest happily with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Submit shift handover reports accurately and on time
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with a nametag and smile at all times
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Maintain a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming and effective workplace
- Prioritize loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware for cleaning
- Hand-wash dishes that do not fit in the dishwasher
- Load and unload the dishwasher
- Place dishes to dry
- Sort and put away clean dishes and cutlery
- Perform prep work
- Take garbage and trash to dumpster area
- Buss tables as required
- Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
- Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine
