Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

- must be able to work in hot, humid environments
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or similar cleaning role preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment
- ability to stand or walk for long hours
- ability to lift heavy loads
- good stamina and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Operate dishwashers efficiently
- wash glassware and utensils by hand when necessary
- clean all kitchen areas including floors, walls, and cooking stations
- follow sanitation policies strictly
- ensure all dishes, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and available
- dispose of waste properly including composting and recycling
- assist in organization and storage of kitchen equipment and food supplies
- support cooks and kitchen staff with prep and other tasks
- check kitchen equipment regularly and report faults
- adhere to health and safety standards and keep the kitchen up to code
