Job Duties
- Assist kitchen, dining outlets, and banquet staff in maintaining cleanliness of china, glass, silverware, cookware and culinary areas
- Operate dishwashing equipment effectively
- Ensure food is prepared and transported efficiently for events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Communicate professionally with facility participants and colleagues
- Lift, pull, and push moderate weights up to 50 lbs
- Walk and stand throughout the duration of shifts
