Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly
- assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients
- help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
- support catering and banquet services by ensuring that all necessary items are cleaned and ready for events
- follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean working environment
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
