Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus

  • basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining equipment
  • ensure all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils are sanitized
  • keep kitchen and dish room areas clean and compliant with health and safety standards
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight as required
  • assist with dishwashing and upkeep of kitchen hygiene
  • adhere to established procedures for safety and sanitation
