Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in kitchen or steward role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
  • assist with food preparation and plating as needed
  • ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
