Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in kitchen or steward role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
