Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required

Job Duties
- Lead by example and promote Seabrook core values, characteristics, employee constitution and decision making
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of dish room, kitchen aisles, employee areas, storerooms and dock areas
- Follow proper procedures to set up dish machine and dish-ware washing
- Set up kitchen daily with clean mats and trash cans in appropriate areas
- Maintain acceptable standards for dish-ware storage and sanitation
- Promote accident prevention through sanitation and cleanliness
- Handle trash removal and clean trash receptacles
- Maintain soap and paper towel dispensers in kitchen and kitchen restrooms
- Oversee kitchen recycling program and oyster disposal
- Perform routine kitchen cleaning including floors, baseboards, tile walls, equipment and cookware
- Assist with distribution of glassware, china and utensils for member and conference functions
- Ensure sufficient china, glassware and utensils to support culinary operations
- Maintain and requisition cleaning products and chemicals
- Assist culinary staff as needed
- Complete other duties assigned by culinary and club management
