Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Must wear company approved uniform including name tag and slip resistant shoes

Job Duties
- Responsible for sweeping and mopping the lobby and kitchen
- Empty all trash cans
- Wash all dishes
- Clean all carts
- Clean and detail all kitchen equipment including ovens and hood vent systems
- Detail clean all aspects of kitchen including walls and table legs
- Clean all sneeze guards and cold wells along with polishing any stainless or brass fixtures
- Keep all shelving neat and organized
- Perform all jobs efficiently and expeditiously
- Always wear company approved uniforms with name tags and slip resistant shoes
