- Minimum two years of stewarding experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or similar setting
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and food safety regulations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
