- ability to operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all kitchenware, equipment, and back-of-house areas
- assist in transporting food and supplies within the kitchen and to service areas
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment
- support kitchen staff through timely and efficient dishwashing
- organize and store cleaned items appropriately
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist with waste disposal and recycling
