- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment
- knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to physically perform tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work full time on site
- ability to follow company policies and procedures

- capability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods and perform physical motions such as bending and twisting
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- no related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, re-scrub and re-wash soiled items as necessary
- rack and spray racked items with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- dispose of glass properly
- break down cardboard and place recyclables in recycle bin
- follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe work conditions
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
