Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a steward or in a similar housekeeping or kitchen support role
- physical ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- fluency in English both verbal and written
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
- cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
- disposal of all food and beverage refuse
- handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to respective areas
- maintains health and safety standards in cleaning processes
- collaborates with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- supports sustainability efforts by minimizing waste and proper waste segregation
