Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a steward or in a similar housekeeping or kitchen support role
  • physical ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • fluency in English both verbal and written
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
  • cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
  • disposal of all food and beverage refuse
  • handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to respective areas
  • maintains health and safety standards in cleaning processes
  • collaborates with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • supports sustainability efforts by minimizing waste and proper waste segregation
