Job Duties
- Direct, assist, supervise, and train all stewards in maintaining kitchen and food and beverage work areas
- Manage stewarding functions to promote cleanliness, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Educate stewards on current safety and sanitation issues
- Ensure equipment is prepared and operational for the following shift
- Understand stewarding team members' duties to cover absences
- Ensure timely completion of disciplinary procedures and documentation
