Job Duties
- Direct and supervise stewards to maintain clean and orderly kitchen and food and beverage work areas
- Assist and train stewards on proper sanitation and safety practices
- Manage stewarding functions to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Educate stewards on current safety and sanitation issues
- Ensure all equipment is prepared and operational for following shifts
- Perform stewarding duties in team members' absence or arrange appropriate replacements
- Complete disciplinary procedures and documentation timely
