Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, properly store perishables, and rotate stock
- use detergents and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, resend soiled items for re-scrubbing
- rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop assigned departments
- dispose of glass properly
- break down cardboard and recyclables
- follow company safety and security policies
- report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- protect company assets
- communicate professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- adhere to quality standards
- move and handle objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform physical movements such as bending and stooping
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
